Overview

Venice Inc. had just gone through a rebrand and introduced a completely new visual direction for the website.

The Challenges

• Migrating content from the old CMS structure into a completely redesigned site without losing SEO value

• Adapting legacy pages and content to fit the new brand system and layout logic

• Recreating the new visual direction in Framer with a pixel-perfect level of detail

• Implementing animations with carefully tuned timing, transitions, and motion behavior so the site felt premium at every touchpoint
  
  

My Role

I was responsible for the full Framer implementation and launch.

This included:

• Building the entire website in Framer from a new Figma design

• Migrating the site following the rebrand and restructuring the experience around the new visual system

• Developing 7 pages with a fully responsive, production-ready setup

• Migrating 3 CMS collections with 100+ items from the previous site into the new architecture

• Building custom code components, including a custom video component and a weather display powered by fetch

• Implementing smooth animations and transitions with a strong focus on timing, precision, and overall feel

• Making sure the final site was easier to maintain while preserving SEO performance during the migration

Outcome

• The new site launched in under a week

• CMS content was successfully migrated with no SEO loss

• The new build is significantly easier to maintain

• The site delivers the level of visual polish and motion quality expected from a top-tier design studio
